This option is great for parents navigating an Initial Eligibility meeting, a Reevaluation or just trying to get a handle on their child’s programming and services. It allows us to work together for up to three months, ensuring that we take you from a comprehensive record review to tangible recommendations and next steps. We help you navigate the terminology in evaluations and IEPs, understand your child’s strengths and weaknesses, and help set you on a path towards more successful home/school communication. We provide you with comprehensive notes and feedback and coach you for any upcoming meetings. This service includes the comprehensive record review with report, up to 90 minutes of live consultation (phone or Zoom) and unlimited email communication.

This is a uniquely personalized service and a blend of synchronous and asynchronous communication.

Are you a parent or caregiver concerned about your child's special education program? Do you want to ensure that their Individualized Education Program (IEP) is thorough, comprehensive, and tailored to their unique needs? Do you have piles of paperwork and computer files and feel overwhelmed at where to start with?

During our comprehensive record review we take the last three years of documents (evaluations. IEP, Progress Reports, etc.). We sift through everything, provide you with a clear summary of all documents, and then suggest recommendations and next steps to get started.

This is great for parents who want to get a handle on paperwork and recommendations for how to improve their child’s programming but do not necessarily need long term 1:1 support.

If you do not need the full 1:1 support of an advocate but still have some questions and concerns you want to troubleshoot with an expert, this service is for you. We hop on a 1 hour Zoom call and help you navigate whatever issue you are facing. We follow up with an email that includes recommendations for next steps.

Our monthly subscription includes one 30 minute phone call or Zoom call, unlimited email communication and up to 2 document reviews IEPs, Progress Reports, Evaluations, etc. This is billed at the beginning of each month and you can cancel at any time.

The Special Education process can feel isolating. Do you know other families who would benefit from coaching with us? This options offers the opportunity to troubleshoot and problem solve with others. Because of the nature of small group coaching, this does mean sharing some information about your child. The benefit to this is learning from both your coaches and other parents.

Are you a part of an organization or company that would like to offer a webinar or training to your employees? We offer 1-2 hour virtual or in person presentations and webinars on a myriad of topics in Special Education. We work with organizations to tailor our presentations to the needs of your community so reach out if you would like to chat and we can come up with something that works for you!
