This option is best for parents navigating an Initial Eligibility meeting or a Reevaluation. It allows us to work together for up to three months, ensuring that we take you from you request letter through the eligibility meeting. We help you navigate the terminology in the evaluations and understand your child’s strengths and weaknesses based on the assessments. We can help review all evaluations and assessments, provide you with comprehensive notes and feedback and coach you for your upcoming meeting.

This is a uniquely personalized service and a blend of synchronous and asynchronous communication. We schedule up to 3 hours of live conversations (telephone or video) and decide together how to use our asynchronous time.

The Special Education process can be tricky, especially if you have not had much experience navigating the ins and outs! We want to help you understand the process from beginning to end so that you know what to expect from your child’s school team throughout the school year. This option is perfect if you need support understanding your child’s services, reviewing an IEP with you, or making sure that the school is providing your child with everything they need.

The Special Education process can feel isolating. Do you know other families who would benefit from coaching with us? This options offers the opportunity to troubleshoot and problem solve with others. Because of the nature of small group coaching, this does mean sharing some information about your child. The benefit to this is learning from both your coaches and other parents.

Are you a part of an organization or company that would like to offer a webinar or training to your employees? We offer 1-2 hour virtual or in person presentations and webinars on a myriad of topics in Special Education. We work with organizations to tailor our presentations to the needs of your community so reach out if you would like to chat and we can come up with something that works for you!
